This option will only become accessible when you have a final cart price of more than $35 after coupon code or any other discount.  Ensure that you choose Free Shipping during checkout.  Note that these orders will be shipped with First Class; thus the processing may take up to two business days. 

When will my order be shipped?

After receiving your order, we take a standard period of 24-48 hours to process them.  Most orders are usually sent out for delivery within 24 business hours of receipt.  We are committed to ensuring fast processing and shipping, and we prioritize orders with paid shipping.  At the end of the processing period, you will get a tracking email as an indication that the package has been prepared for shipment and sent to the USPS for shipping.  We send such emails to the email submitted during the order process.  Note that the shipping transits times are projected delivery times.

Orders are processed between 9:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Federal Holidays. 

Where we ship to

We can have your orders shipped to any of the 50 states in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO addresses.  The APO/FPO addresses are the options for orders by armed forces. 

Our international shipping service extends to most countries.  Kindly check for your country during the checkout process.  If your country is not listed, it means shipping services to that location is currently unavailable. 

Some orders will be shipped to the verified billing address of the cardholder.  In cases where such an address cannot be verified, we will cancel the order without prior notice.  Some orders require signature confirmation, so someone must be on the ground to sign for such packages.

International Orders

The customs and importation laws differ across countries; thus, it is important that customers outside the United States understand these laws as applicable to their country.  Customers are expected to pay all duties, taxes, VAT, and other costs arising from the shipping.  We will never take responsibility for seized or confiscated packages. The customer will be responsible for all fees required for international duties. 

Thus, as an international customer making an order, you take responsibility for your purchase while acknowledging your awareness and understanding of the laws related to such shipments as applicable in your country.  Consult your local authorities for specific rules and regulations relating to vaping products and electronic cigarettes. 

We will never refund shipping charges; only products returned to our facility are eligible for refunds.  And for such packages, we will deduct all forms of return fees or duty fees incurred by the return from your refund. 

While the prices of the products are listed in US Dollars, we do not convert these prices into your local currency for you. Hence, we take no responsibility for any conversion fees applicable to international orders.

Priority international shipping comes with tracking updates; i.e., the movement of the package from our facility to the US international Sort Facility, and its arrival in your country.  Note that this service is not applicable to all countries.  If your order is not delivered within 15 days, kindly consult your local customs agency. 

Standard international shipping also comes with tracking updates, but it only shows the movement from our warehouse to the US International sort facility.  It may take up to 45 days to receive such packages.  However, if you do not receive your shipment after 45 days, kindly consult your local customs agency.

Late Shipments

Considering the overwhelming number of packages the USPS handles, you may not get automatic updates on your tracking information.  The services of USPS are fast and reliable. However, there may be delays and errors, and such will not be a responsibility of Pocket Vape.  To resolve such errors, kindly contact USPS directly via the contact provided below. 

We offer no assurances on the transit times, and we will never refund shipping fees. To report a delayed shipment of your package, perhaps due to a service failure, or for further information, contact the shipping carrier via;

Order Tracking

On the successful shipping of your order, we will send you the tracking number via the email associated with your account.  You can access the same information by checking the MY ACCOUNT page on our website.

It is possible that the delivery confirmation (USPS method of tracking) for your package takes a few days to update.  In such instances, please do not get worried.  The USPS delivery confirmation will only be updated when the package gets to the sorting facility, transit locations, or your local post office; you will not get updates in between.  Kindly consult your local post office for all complaints on delivery.

While the USPS services are fast, cheap, and reliable, there may be rare cases of misrouting a package.  Regrettably, there is nothing we can do in such situations; all errors or delays in shipping a package should be addressed with USPS.

Incomplete or Wrong Address Submissions

When placing an order, ensure the correctness of your shipping address before submitting.  If you submit an incorrect shipping address, there would be delays in transit times and your orders may be returned.  Note that such orders will not be reshipped until the courier return them to us.  Reshipping will only be processed after the customer has paid the necessary reshipping costs for the order. 

Lost and Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Pocket Vape, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Pocket Vape strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that inaccurate and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Pocket Vape is not responsible for any and all costs associated with false and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

How are replacement parts shipped?

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
